This is a female that transitioned to male and possibly reverted. Not a Hermaphrodite or intersex. Definitely had bottom surgery and got a implant. Those that are born intersexual cannot have a penis and vagina in this manner. The anatomy is incorrect. The more severe the condition is the smaller the vagina gets until it vanishes completely from the outside and vice versa. It’s essentially a enlarged clitoris. She obviously has clitoris, vagina and prosthetic penis. It would essentially look like a huge slit from the enlarged clitoris down to the bottom of the vagina if the had both forming a curtain appearance.
