If you want ATM clean, which you should if you want clean deep dildo fun- even if you don’t do ATM, it’s best to douche with water, a lot of water, either by shower nozzle, or those inexpensive plastic and rubber hoses you can buy at most drug stores that attach to most sink faucets. Load up with 1 quart + warm water- I like a slow count to 20 which fills me with close to 1/2 gallon. It might take a few try’s to get your intestines able to take that much water. Hold as long as you can, maybe 30 seconds, maybe several minutes, expel and repeat as many times as necessary until you’re squirting clear water. Sometimes it takes a dozen douches, sometimes 2 dozen. Whatever it takes. Then suck your ass up into your intestines several times- like a kegel squeeze, and reverse that process to expel every drop of fluid and to help get a good deep clean for deep anal fun.

ถึง tryder32605 : That could work but you don't need the saline solution. You can use an attachment for the shower or handheld like I had in this video with just normal water. That'll do the trick.
